It's Sunday! Last day before my first working day of 2007!Arrggh! Oh well, good times have to last. It's almost 5pm and I'm still in my pajamas, goodness! We got up late for church and Sunday school, sorry po, had very late brunch and all day long, hubby have been reviewing videos of our California trip (yah, we just got back from Christmas holidays from CA Jan03). Then he stumbled upon old videos way back 1993. Aug 05 1993 to be exact. So we were stuck watching that. We had a ball watching our kids 13 years ago. This was a video of Deck's birthday in our place in Yigo, Guam. Enad was barely 6 yrs old and Ami (Glad's daughter) was barely 2 yrs old. Since Ami was the baby then (Matt still can't walk and talk), all of our attention was on her. We made her sing happy birthday so many times. It was August so we made her sing for Deck then for Leddy then for her Papa. Then she said, "what about Ami?". Her birthday was September. So we made her sing happy birthday once again, for her mama first, then for her own birthday, then for kuya Enad. If only she could watch how we made fun of her. Now Ami is as big and tall as all of us.
It was fun watching how we all look like back then. Deck still have his thick hair. Shirl with her long hair. Leddy with her giant glasses. Ami's nickname from Uncle Jun then was Butch (for butsog). But just as the same as always, we're still all having good laughs over good food. Way back then, there were only 3 Guzman grandchildren. Now there are 8 of them!
